Please include your return slip or your tracking number to help identify your purchase. All mail returns must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached, if tags were provided to you. Upon receipt of your returned items, you will receive credit for your purchase less the cost of shipping to use towards future purchases. The credit will display in your account, within the “shop” tab.
All returns are exchange only via store credit. At this time refunds are not available.
Returned items must be unworn and unwashed. Stains of any kind including those from deodorant, regular wear, makeup (lipstick, foundation, etc.) are causes to deny credit.
If an item is defective, please let our customer service team know within 48 hours of the time your order arrives. Failure to report defects will result in the denial of your credit.
Items purchased through Amazon must be returned to the Amazon seller. Coiled Crown is not the merchant for these items, and so, we cannot accept the return for you.
In the unlikely event you receive an incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your package. Our team will make every effort to correct your order.
In the event of a return, you are responsible for the shipping costs to return items as shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping for your order, a shipping charge of $2.99 per item will be deducted from your store credit for the returned item.
For unopened packages that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery, a restocking fee of $5.00 will apply. This also applies to packages that are returned due to an “un-deliverable” address.
It is strongly recommended that you include a tracking number and insurance for your return. Coiled Crown is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Additional Rights Information Regarding Returns
Coiled Crown reserves the sole right to define, limit, and refuse or reject returns from customers at any time. Possible reasons for refusal or rejection include:
- Possible criminal or fraudulent activity
- Irregular or excessive returns history (e.g. wardrobing where a customer or entity may be purchasing an item to use and return it)
- An excessive history of altered, washed, worn, or damaged and/or missing items from previous returns (see Excessive Return History below)
Coiled Crown also reserves the right to refuse future service to any customer or entity for similar actions as stated above.
Non-Coiled Crown items (including Amazon items) that are returned to our return address will be discarded upon receipt. Please ensure that all items you wish to return are sent to the appropriate entity.
Excessive Return History
In cases where a customer’s return history may be indicative of fraudulent activity or participation of what is called “wardrobing” (purchasing an item to use and return it) the customer may be contacted by our customer service team. The Coiled Crown sales team may do this as a courtesy, however, Coiled Crown reserves the right to refuse future service to ensure the safety, quality, integrity, and consumer experience for the entire Coiled Crown Community.
Final Sale Items
All items ending in $.99 considered “Final Sale” items and are not eligible for store credit. Other items, including beauty products, soaps, cosmetics, bodysuits or other garments that may come into direct contact with genitalia including swimsuits, undergarments, and bodysuits are non-returnable.
Items must be returned within 14 days of original receipt. Returns received after the 14 day period are considered outdated returns. Outdated returns by mail are subject to rejection and may be returned to the sender.
